Riding Lesson Program

We have some updates in our riding lesson program.  We are sorry that Anna will be leaving us starting May 1st.  She is shifting her focus on her horses in Wasilla.  We have loved having her and hope she has a great summer focusing on her own creatures.

We will be down to two instructors.  Dori will instruct private lessons on Mondays and Saturdays, and Reese will instruct both group and private lessons on Thursdays and Fridays.  This means our lesson program will be downscaling with reduced lesson slots.  We understand this will mean some of our current students cannot schedule lessons as frequently.  

For those on our waitlist and current students wanting more opportunities, we can refer you to another nearby lesson program hosted by the Alaska Youth Equestrian Association.  Simply let us know, and we can provide you with the contact information.

We will begin working on shifting to regularly scheduled clinics for adults and teens.  These clinics are still in the works, but we should have information soon.

Mount Spurr 

As you know, we are facing the possibility of an eruption from Mount Spurr. We continue to stay updated on the volcano and are prepared if an eruption brings volcanic ash our way. Our barn is well suited to protect our horses should ash fall if we need to protect the horses from harmful air contaminants.
